What should I do now?

Please check your email. We have sent you an email with a temporary password for you to login into your student account. If you can’t find that email in your inbox, please check your SPAM or JUNK mail as well. Once you login, you can simply go to My Profile tab and change the temporary password.

How do I request a tutor?

Once you login to your account, please go to My Sessions tab and you can request for a tutor. Simply let us know what times you have available for tutoring and request a session. A representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the session with you. If the session date and time of request are close to one another

How do I pay for a session?

Once you login to your account, you will need to update your billing information. You will NEVER be charged before a session. After a session with your tutor, the tutor will write a report and it will then be reviewed and approved by our senior staff. Once it is approved, your card will get charged.

How will I know that the session that I have requested is scheduled?

For your first session, a representative will contact you to confirm the session with you. For future sessions, we will send confirmations via email.

Where do I meet with my tutor?

You are in charge of setting the location for tutoring. Once you login to your student account, in My Profile tab, you can specify your preferred tutoring location. Please keep in mind that this location needs to be specific point rather than an area. For example, if you are planning on meeting with you tutor at at Hamilton Library, you will need to write the exact address of the library and specify “by the front entrance” rather than generally saying “at the Hamilton Library”.

Are you guys really 24/7?

Yes, we really are. We can provide tutoring support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many of our students who need to study later at night, request for our after hour sessions.

How can I cancel a session which I have requested?

You can cancel a scheduled session through My Sessions tab of your student account. Simply click on the red X button to cancel a session.
